Nights, 12-hr shifts | 36 hrs/week guaranteed Weekend Requirements:
Every Other Weekend The Med Surg RN will provide direct patient care and delegate tasks to patient care technicians, ensuring comfort and safety for residents. This role requires knowledge of medical/surgical and orthopedic surgical care while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines. 30%)* Assess patients’ needs and provide skilled nursing services per physician-authorized plan of care and nursing standards. (30%)* Deliver direct care, including medication administration, treatments, transfers, and responding to alarms/call lights. (20%)* Evaluate treatment effectiveness and update care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. (10%)* Process physician/provider orders and provide care accurately and promptly. (Travel experience – Highly Preferred ~ Epic EMR experience – Preferred
