The company is preparing for a potential IPO and expanding its public market presence. Role Overview: Lead and develop Rokt’s investor relations function at a pivotal growth phase, particularly focusing on IPO readiness and public market communications. This role partners closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive team to shape Rokt’s narrative and investor engagement strategy. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute investor relations strategy, messaging, and financial narrative ahead of IPO Communicate Rokt’s value proposition to institutional investors, analysts, and media Advise leadership on market sentiment, investor expectations, and competitive landscape Build and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and investment banks Manage investor materials: decks, earnings scripts, Q&A prep, press releases, disclosures Lead investor outreach, roadshows, earnings calls, and events Ensure messaging compliance with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Communications teams Monitor market trends and provide feedback to corporate strategy Build models and dashboards to track company performance and outlook Implement technology to streamline IR processes and analytics Scale IR function post-IPO for sustained growth Candidate Profile: 10+ years experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance Proven IPO experience and public company IR leadership Strong financial literacy and modeling skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for C-suite and investors Deep understanding of capital markets, regulatory requirements, and ecommerce/tech ecosystems Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led environment with ownership mindset Familiarity with IR platforms, CRM, and financial analytics tools Benefits & Culture: Equity ownership for employees Catered lunches, gym membership, dog-friendly office 4% dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match and premium health insurance Extra leave options, sabbaticals Global offices and travel opportunities Inclusive, diverse, transparent culture with focus on innovation and collaboration Early Career Program (Sales & Marketing) – Netherlands
