We are currently seeking Senior Associates and Junior Partners.
Founded nearly two decades ago and based in Dallas, with multiple offices across the state, we are a full-service Texas law firm providing business-focused legal counsel across a wide range of practice areas. Our Finance team is known for its technical proficiency, commercial focus, and ability to deliver tailored solutions for complex transactions. We routinely close syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, asset-based and cash-flow loans, and handle financings across diverse industries—from healthcare and oilfield services to manufacturing and telecom.

Job Details
Represent borrowers and lenders in structuring and closing commercial finance transactions Negotiate and draft documentation for bilateral and syndicated credit facilities Advise on cash-flow and asset-based lending arrangements Structure and negotiate intercreditor and subordination agreements Work closely with the Real Estate Practice on property-related financings Assist with workouts, restructurings, and distressed transactions as needed
Looking For
J.D. and licensed to practice in Texas 5+ years of experience, with a focus on commercial finance or banking law Strong background in complex financing structures, including intercreditor issues Experience with both borrower-side and lender-side transactions Familiarity with real estate financings and asset-based lending Proven ability to manage transactions from inception through closing Portable book is a plus
