joining our team to lead collaboration efforts with our federal client to understand and coordinate planning, drive strategic efforts from conception to completion, and perform troubleshooting to determine root cause analysis of any roadblocks. This will be a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving our business forward and growing your own career by leaps and bounds.
HOW A NETWORK ENGINEER EXPERT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Collaborates directly with federal client on planning and procedures Leads a high-octane team of highly-skilled engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship as necessary Drives client-directed efforts to implement planned changes and procedures Performs root cause analysis to determine the source of roadblocks; identifies paths forward to adapt and overcome any challenges Troubleshoots complex, expert-level network issues and provides knowledge support to other engineers as necessary Participates in network software upgrades, as well as certificate renewals and installs Updates technical documentation; maintains and implements SOPs for network security Works after-hours and weekends during maintenance windows on-site as needed
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in related field
Required Experience:
15+ years of related experience Required Clearance:
Must be able to obtain Public Trust with customer
Required Technical Skills: High proficiency with Palo Alto Networks Firewalls and Panorama Firewall Management; experience with Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) features such as App-ID, User-ID, Threat Prevention, Wildfire and SSL/TLS Decryption Extensive experience with IPv6 migrations CISCO ASA Firewall 5500 / Firepower Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) PCAP analysis via Wireshark LAN/WAN/Wireless networking
Required Skills and Abilities: Experience as a team lead or manager Experience with change management processes and best practices Ability to work after hours and weekends on-site as needed

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
