Project Overview: This role supports mission-critical digital transformation by delivering secure, scalable, enterprise-class solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem and related modern technologies. As part of an agile, DevSecOps-focused delivery team, you will shape technical strategy and architecture for a modern platform that drives efficiency, transparency, and long-term sustainability. You will build solutions using leading technologies—including Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, SQL, Integrations, .NET, Power Platform, Dynamics 365—and apply a broad understanding of enterprise systems, AI/ML, data warehousing, data management and analysis, document management, security, and federal policies to accelerate and optimize outcomes for data modernization efforts. Role Summary: The Technical Lead – Solution Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for solutioning and delivering enterprise

applications leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem while incorporating complementary leading technologies. In this role, you will shape platform strategy, define technical architecture, and lead delivery execution—while mentoring developers and ensuring alignment with client needs and cloud-native best practices. You will also fulfill the SME Software Developer Applications functional role by providing

technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments, establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives, and ensuring technical requirements are met. This includes direct interaction with senior client leadership, responsibility for methods, staffing, and financial oversight, and potentially supervising others. Core Responsibilities: ·

Provide technical leadership and solution architecture for enterprise applications and integrations within the Microsoft ecosystem and beyond. ·

Build solutions using Microsoft Azure, SharePoint, SQL, .NET, C+, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and integrate with other leading technologies as needed. ·

Apply expertise in enterprise systems, AI/ML, data warehousing, data management, document management, security, and federal compliance to shape solution approaches. ·

Deliver hands-on Power Platform and Dynamics development to streamline and automate business processes. ·

Develop application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to validate and evolve solution designs. ·

Integrate Power Platform and Dynamics with other enterprise systems using Azure Data Factory, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. ·

Recommend optimal technology stacks based on business and technical requirements. ·

Direct and control project activities for the client, ensuring delivery quality, staffing adequacy, and adherence to budget. ·

Negotiate with clients and interface with senior management on technology strategies and solution approaches. ·

Mentor developers and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices. Required Skills: ·

Minimum 8 years total IT experience, with 7+ years in enterprise application development and integration. ·

Hands-on experience delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, Power Pages) and Dynamics 365. ·

Proven expertise designing and integrating enterprise solutions across Azure, SharePoint, SQL, .NET, C+, and related Microsoft technologies. ·

Strong background in enterprise solution architecture including data integration, security, and compliance. ·

Experience with AI/ML, data warehousing, and advanced analytics in enterprise contexts. ·

Integration expertise using Azure Data Factory, Data Flows, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors. ·

Ability to define back-end solutions for Power Platform and Dynamics using Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other enterprise databases. ·

Experience with Azure B2C or

Login.gov

integration. ·

Experience working on Scrum teams using Azure DevOps or Jira. ·

Exceptional communication skills, including client-facing engagement with senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications: ·

Microsoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and / or Dynamics 365. ·

Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government agencies, especially DHS or USCG. ·

Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent). Active DoD clearance or DHS HSPD-12 credential.
