Travel **Job Title: Vascular and Echo Technologist****Job Type:** Full-Time, Day Shift (5x8-Hour, 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM)**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vascular and Echo Technologist to join our healthcare team. This role requires a professional who is proficient in providing high-quality vascular and echocardiographic services, adhering to strict compliance and patient care standards. **Key Responsibilities:**- Conduct various vascular and echocardiographic studies to assist in diagnosing patient conditions. - Utilize equipment such as Phillips systems and maintain proficiency in PACS for image management. - Administer contrast agents and perform specialized procedures including 3D Echo, Bubble Study, and IV starts. - Collaborate with medical professionals to interpret results and discuss findings with the multidisciplinary team. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols including BLS standards. - Provide education and training to patients regarding procedures and care. **Qualifications:**- Minimum of 1 year of experience in vascular and echo technology; first-time travelers are not accepted. - Must hold relevant certifications: RVT or RVS for Vascular; RDCS or RCS for Echo. - Current BLS certification is required. - Experience with EPIC electronic health record systems is mandatory. - Demonstrated proficiency in outpatient care and a variety of vascular tests including Transthoracic Echo, Arterial Duplex, ABI, and Venous studies. - Strong preference for candidates with IV start experience. **Compliance Requirements:**- Candidates must meet a full compliance file submission by the stated deadline. - Clear background check with no open cases is required. **Education:**
Verification of education through a third-party is mandatory. Candidates should ensure their educational background is from an accredited institution not listed on the Diploma Fraud Florida Education Audit list. **Work Schedule:**- Full-time, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4 PM, with the possibility of adjusting to a 4x10 schedule if preferred. **Additional Information:**- All staff may be required to float to other facilities within the healthcare system as needed. - Candidates will need to pass an EKG examination as part of compliance. --- At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
