We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead a mature in-house software development team of 10–15 members working on 2–3 concurrent projects. The team primarily develops custom MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions for laser engraving operations in our factories using .NET/C# and Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, technical fluency, and experience in a similarly scaled organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage software development projects from discovery through execution and closure
Facilitate workshops for project discovery, planning, and execution
Conduct Agile Scrum meetings and ensure adherence to Agile practices
Track and document project risks, issues, and action items
Maintain RACI matrices and ensure stakeholder alignment
Prepare and distribute weekly status reports to stakeholders
Create and manage Project Change Requests as needed
Participate in resource forecasting and allocation
Oversee project close-out activities and documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in software development environments Experience managing Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies Familiarity with .NET/C# or other contemporary development technologies Background in MES or manufacturing-related software projects is a plus Experience in organizations of similar scale to YETI ($1.83B revenue, ~150-person tech department) Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills
