Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months
Day to Day Responsibilities: Data science tasks: data acquisition, cleaning, and feature extraction. Develop and demonstrate proof-of-concepts (PoC). Create technical diagrams and documentation. Research and present on the latest tools and capabilities. Recommend tools/packages for production environments. Consult on potential automation solutions with AI/ML. Collaborate on holistic AI/ML solutions with cross-functional teams. Required Skills:
Practical application of core Python concepts. Data engineering and analysis skills. Experience deploying cloud applications. Understanding of software engineering best practices. Knowledge of data science best practices. Familiarity with cloud-based data science services. Ethical practices and security knowledge. Preferred Skills:
Experience with MCP servers and Agentic AI workflows. Communicating complex technical concepts effectively. Proficiency in creating technical diagrams and documents. Proficiency in Generative AI and prompt engineering. Troubleshooting in large-scale enterprise ecosystems. API development and integration. Data management in SQL and NoSQL databases.
