At Millcreek Manufacturing, we design and build top dressers and spreaders known worldwide for their durability, performance, and value. Our machines keep sports fields, golf courses, parks, campuses, and more in peak condition-spreading materials from sand and infield mix to wood chips and compost. What You'll Do as an Inventory Specialist:

Ensure

assembly has all required parts to keep production moving. Monitor & resolve

part shortages quickly, aiming for fewer than one per month. Maintain

accurate EBMS inventory for reliable stock numbers. Process

orders promptly and track all back-ordered parts. Adjust

reorder quantities to match changes in demand. Keep

Kanban cards, orders, and purchasing records up to date. Organize & manage

non-Kanban purchasing for efficient batch generation. Create

work orders for whole goods and service parts. Work

full-time Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. (45-50 hours per week). Travel

1-2 times per week within 30 minutes of the facility. Our Ideal Inventory Specialist:

Experienced:

Previous experience in the manufacturing industry and 2+ years in inventory management is preferred. Tech Savvy:

Able to navigate computer software, including an ERP system. Detailed & Organized:

Maintains accurate inventory, orders, and reports while keeping purchasing processes, Kanban systems, and records structured and up to date. Proactive:

Anticipates shortages or issues and acts before they cause delays. Dependable:

Consistently meets deadlines and maintains accurate data that others can rely on. Adaptable:

Adjusts priorities and order quantities quickly in response to changes in demand. Active:

Able to stand for multiple hours, lift to 50 pounds, bend, and kneel as needed. What We Offer Our Inventory Specialist:
