With a client-first approach, we ensure long-term success for our clients through innovative solutions and industry best practices.Job Purpose: We are seeking a Front-End QA Analyst to support the ELMS Ascend project, which requires extensive testing of front-end development and complex integrations between Guidewire ClaimCenter and the Litify application (Salesforce-based). The ideal candidate will have strong functional testing experience in enterprise integrations, with a background in insurance (Guidewire) and legal/CRM platforms (Litify). This role will ensure functionality, performance, and seamless user experiences across both platforms.Requirements Conduct end-to-end QA testing of the integration between Guidewire and Litify platforms. Validate complex workflows across both systems. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases for APIs, data synchronization, and business logic validation. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and integration teams to clarify requirements and identify edge cases. Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing to ensure stability post-integration. Log, track, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with business requirements, security standards, and QA benchmarks. Prepare QA documentation: test plans, traceability matrices, defect logs, test cases, and summary reports. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist business users in validating cross-platform workflows. Recommend QA process improvements, including automation and better test data management. Preferred Domain Knowledge & Skills:Insurance / Guidewire Domain: Knowledge of Guidewire modules: ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter. Understanding of P&C insurance claims lifecycle and workflows. Experience testing insurance processes and integrations. Legal / CRM Domain (Litify - Salesforce): Familiarity with Litify workflows (case management, intake, matters). Experience testing custom Salesforce apps and integrations. Integration & Middleware: Strong API testing skills (RESTful APIs, middleware integrations). Knowledge of ETL, data mapping, synchronous/asynchronous flows, and event-driven architecture. Technical & QA Process Knowledge: Salesforce QA experience (Lightning components, flows, process builder). Strong SQL/database validation skills. Familiarity with QA automation tools: Selenium, TestNG, Postman, ReadyAPI. Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 4+ years of enterprise-level software testing experience with web applications in large-scale environments. 2+ years using various QA methodologies. Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks. Knowledge of automation or performance tools (QTP, Load Runner). Experience with API testing tools (SoapUI, Postman). Ability to create, modify, and execute SQL queries. Strong attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in cross-functional teams. Education: High School Diploma GED required. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred. In lieu of degree: 3+ years relevant experience OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to 3 years.
