The Manager, Service Demand Planning is responsible for leading the Demand Planning function in the Vehicle Service Supply Chain, producing forecasts for all parts across the Service Distribution Centers to support Tesla's vehicle repair and eCommerce businesses. This role involves managing a team of demand planners, statisticians, and data engineers to improve forecast accuracy using advanced statistical modeling, machine learning, and collaboration with Engineering, Reliability, and other supply chain functions. What You'll Do

Lead the Service Demand Planning team in generating and maintaining demand forecasts for Service parts and accessories in North America. Define the technical vision and roadmap for the team. Develop and optimize statistical models. Create forecasts for new vehicle launches and End-of-Life parts. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Distribution leadership on cost reduction initiatives. Design forecasting systems and define requirements for IT and Service partners. Lead cross-functional meetings with Engineering, NPI, Reliability, Planning, Warehousing, and Service teams. What You'll Bring

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Degree in Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, or related fields (preferred). Proficiency in statistical modeling, data science, ML, and data visualization tools. Experience leading complex technical projects in forecasting or Supply Chain. Knowledge of Demand Planning's role in end-to-end supply chain processes. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Expected salary ranges from $96,000 to $210,000 annually, plus stock awards and benefits. Compensation varies based on experience, location, and other factors. Additional Details
