This role involves assessing applications against MILPERSMAN Articles 1306-986 and 1306-1005, coordinating with various departments, updating trackers, developing reports, and maintaining candidate databases. Assess applications for eligibility based on MILPERSMAN Articles. Identify and document ineligible personnel. Process candidate packages and coordinate with department heads. Update and maintain tracking systems and databases. Develop and analyze reports on program metrics. Coordinate with command personnel for rotation and orders management. Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of administrative or program management experience within DOD or Navy. At least 3 years of technical experience with Navy personnel or recruiting organizations. 2+ years in developing metrics, reports, and decision-making tools within the past three years. Position Details
