QUALIFICATIONS: High School graduate or equivalent. Must be able to operate POS/Cash Register. Must pass background check, including Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry. Effective communication skills with management, staff, customers, and donors. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist regularly. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as carts, fixtures, furniture dollies, and hand trucks. Ability to operate a telephone. Lift up to 50 lbs. Perform repetitive motion tasks. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers and donors, providing prompt and courteous assistance. Stock and price items for display on the sales floor. Sort donations according to standards. Maintain store cleanliness and organization. Perform cleaning duties including windows, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and cleaning the bathrooms, fitting rooms, and stockroom. Maintain the donation area and ensure safety standards are followed. Operate POS/Cash Register following TSA policies. Assist in receiving, unloading, and stocking inventory. Inspect products for defects and damages. Assist donors with donation removal and provide receipts. Perform any other duties assigned by management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
