IT Manager
to oversee Rock Dental Brands technology infrastructure, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the seamless operation of our IT systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day IT operations, managing a lean team and functioning as the escalation point for all technical support and network infrastructure issues.
Oversee end-to-end systems performance across multiple office and clinic locations, including LAN/WAN , Wi-Fi , VPN , and endpoint protection .
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity protocols , HIPAA compliance , and IT risk management standards through policy enforcement and technical controls.
Collaborate with third-party vendors for cloud services, voice solutions, and network support, ensuring cost-effective and reliable service delivery.
Support strategic projects including clinic openings, IT equipment deployment, IT asset management , and technology refresh cycles.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Minimum 7 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role supporting multi-site environments.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 , network administration , endpoint management, and IT support frameworks (Tier 1–3).
Industry certifications are preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+ , Cisco CCNA , Microsoft Certified , and HIPAA security training ).
Fluent in English; must be able to travel regionally up to 30% to support satellite clinics and operations.
