Building Automation Systems Specialist My client is a Fortune 100 company that actively is seeking Building Automation Controls Systems Specialist. My client seek Building Automation professionals who can troubleshoot, install, service or program Building Automation Systems. The Controls Technician will program, install, troubleshoot and providing engineering assistance on building automation projects and service calls. Responsibilities: • Programming experience in Tridium or other controls systems. • Install controllers, sensors, and actuators. • Field verifies proper operation of all control devices. • Troubleshooting existing installations. Could troubleshoot down to the component level. • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area. • Discuss automation system malfunctions with customers to isolate problems or to verify that malfunctions have been corrected. • Record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. • Study blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturers' recommendations to ascertain the configuration of heating or cooling equipment components and to ensure the proper installation of components. • Run and terminate low voltage wiring and cabling as necessary. • Other duties as assigned.
