Senior Accountant - Little Rock, AR
Job Description The Senior Accountant is responsible for supporting the financial operations of the Company by providing accounting, compliance, analysis, reporting, and reconciliations to support month-end close. This is a hybrid role. Key Areas of Responsibility: Complete assigned tasks as regular part of month-end closing process in accordance with month-end closing schedule. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare journal entries documenting business transactions related to each month-end close. Participate in organization, compilation, and preparation of external audit requests. Maintain reconciliations for balance sheet accounts. Prepare monthly accruals for all revenue that was not able to be invoiced. Complete weekly integration of sales in the ERP and tie out to the Aging. Complete departmental projects, including the implementation of accounting changes. Ensures compliance with internal policies, procedures, and internal controls in accordance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act 2002 Section 404.
