Injection Molding Technician
Pay: $25.00 per hour Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Technician with strong skills in setup, processing, and troubleshooting of ABS, Polycarbonate, and other resins, as well as robotics. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to meeting daily production goals while minimizing waste. Key Responsibilities
Promote safety awareness and maintain a clean, organized work area. Ensure assigned machines produce quality products at standard BOM cycle times with minimal waste. Perform mold and color changeovers in a timely manner. Start up and operate 3-axis and 6-axis robots efficiently. Troubleshoot molds, machines, and robotic systems as needed. Communicate with maintenance, lead, and department manager regarding breakdowns or repairs. Maintain reliable attendance and follow all company policies. Qualifications & Skills
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to work collaboratively with others. Exposure to robotics and willingness to expand knowledge in this area. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of injection mold changing, processing, and troubleshooting experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Job Type: Temp-to-hire Work Location: In person
