Job Description: The Document Specialist is responsible for auditing documents and U.S. Customs declarations to ensure accuracy and data integrity. This role requires diligent tracking of required documentation, verifying accuracy promptly, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders when necessary. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently following initial training.
Responsibilities: Audit documents and U.S. Customs declarations for completeness and accuracy Ensure timely collection and verification of required documents Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies Identify, document, and report errors or issues in documentation Use Excel, Word, and Snipping Tool proficiently for daily tasks Operate independently once trained and meet daily productivity goals Track findings and maintain high data integrity Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Prior auditing experience in any field is preferred Familiarity with SAP is helpful Knowledge of U.S. import regulations, including HTSUS and country of origin, preferred but not required High attention to detail and strong multitasking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Snipping Tool Benefits:
