Job Title
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation. Responsibilities
Responsibilities include: Keeping accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery Providing coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices Providing feedback to Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loaders Tracking each load accurately Accurately counting all pallets Maintaining pace of pallet configuration Ensuring that inline adjustments are made and used for all pallets Identifying priorities and coordinating resources Assessing and enhancing the skill set of pickers Recommending process improvements Coordinating picker and loader team Ensuring stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load straps Embracing and promoting a culture of "stack, wrap, strap" Other duties as assigned Working Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 4 PM Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation & benefits include: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
