Production Worker
Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker, where you will contribute to designing and molding high-quality plastic and injection molding solutions. Specializing in 2-Shot and liquid silicone molding, we utilize the worlds most advanced technologies to provide top-tier products. Responsibilities
Operate injection molding machines, package products, and conduct cycle counting. Visually inspect and assemble parts to meet quality specifications, identifying critical defects. Utilize route sheets and work instructions to ensure compliance with customer and internal requirements. Remove parts from injection molding machines during operations. Perform routine cleaning of machines and work areas. Account for and record production and scrap counts. Essential Skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and punctuality. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English. Physical ability to stand for 8-12 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
A few months of manufacturing experience is ideal but not required. Knowledge of SmartSheet and IQMS is beneficial. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
