Assistant To Partner Recruitment & Integration Team

We are seeking a highly motivated assistant to provide support to the Partner Recruitment & Integration Team. Specifically, the assistant will support all aspects related to the integration of firm partners. This position is ideally located in Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio. Flexibility for overtime is necessary as evening and weekend work will be required during peak seasons. Some travel may be required. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
Work proactively with the Partner Integration team, led by the US Director of Partner Recruitment and the Senior Manager, Partner Integration, to execute lateral partner integration strategy Coordinate integration meetings by sending calendar invitations and reminders, reserving conference rooms, requesting catering, etc. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for lateral partners during the pre-arrival and integration period Maintain internal tracking of all integration meetings Draft internal firm communications with regard to new lateral partners Work with the lateral partner to update contact lists Provide exceptional service by responding to and resolving questions in a timely manner Process business expense reimbursements and vendor payments Take ownership of projects assigned by integration and compliance team leaders Assist integration team members with related administrative tasks and provide backup support for integration activities Please note this job description does not cover or contain all activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. A minimum of two years of experience in a professional services office environment Previous legal recruitment experience is preferred Attention to detail, accuracy, responsiveness and excellent organizational skills Demonstrate good judgment and accountability for delivering excellent service Possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills; both written and oral The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential Professionalism, personal integrity and high degree of confidentiality Flexibility and ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment, including the ability to prioritize Advanced user in Microsoft Office Strong computer and technical skills Flexibility for overtime is necessary as evening and weekend work may be required during peak recruiting seasons Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is committed to providing employees with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package that supports you, your health, and your family.
