Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Quality Assurance Representative to support MV-22 modification efforts at MCAS Miramar in San Diego, CA. The individual will work closely with the MV-22 Global Technical Operations Leadership to support the planning, execution and delivery of quality products and services. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. Position Responsibilities: Develops and motivates a team of diverse skills, capability, and experience to maximize individual and team performance. Performs inspections on aircraft for maintenance activities on the MV-22 platform. Maintains quality directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards and working agreements are deployed using established procedures. Collects and verifies data to support the identification of root cause routine problems. Performs internal audits to determine compliance with Quality Management System standards, configuration assurance, related business, regulatory and customer requirements. Documents audit results in standard formats. Works under general supervision. This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in aircraft sustainment. 5+ years Rotor aircraft experience. 3+ years of Quality Assurance Inspector experience (CDI, CDQAR, QAR). Willing to work variable shifts (shift 1, 2, or 3). Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Technical data experience. DCMA INST 8210.1C experience. AS9100 Revision D experience. Experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery. Summary Pay Range: 89,250- 120,750 Accepting applications through 8/29/25 Export Control Requirements: If the successful candidate is not a "U.S. Person" and the position requires access to export-controlled data, an appropriate export authorization by the U.S. Government may be required prior to such access. Employment, and the continuity of employment of non-U.S. persons, is contingent upon the company's ability to secure and maintain the necessary export control authorization.
