Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare RFPs to potential Subcontractors, receive their proposals, and prepare price analysis Facilitate negotiations/contract formation activities and actively facilitate the discussions with potential services providers Manage all aspects of subcontract administration for the project, from bidding to prequalified bidders, negotiation/execution of subcontracts, work orders, submitting notices and change orders and closing out contracts after the substantial completion of projects. Oversee and manage the various general conditions services required for EPC projects. Review, negotiate and document commercial aspects of form of subcontract agreements, consulting agreements, and other agreements as assigned and document modifications as well as internal approvals Report the contract status and schedule with project teams and management on a weekly basis Maintain well documented files to accurately present a clear trail with regards to contract templates, approvals, executed contracts, and pending contracts. Develop and implement a streamlined processes for issuing various agreements Construct detailed meeting minutes to accurately outline topics discussed, conclusions reached and action items Trace and report monthly contracts completion metrics and status of pending contracts Ensure that Subcontractor and Service Provider insurances are valid and current Support Sr. Sourcing Manager for Subcontractors, as required, in the assembly and issuance of Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders and other contracts management documents. Must effectively communicate with senior executives both internally and externally Conduct business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for legal and environmental issues Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction management, economics or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training and related experience. Specific training or education in Procurement or Contract Management preferred Ability to independently assess, define and solve issues 5+ years or more in Contracts, Legal or Supply Chain Management role(s) a plus 3 - 5 years or more of EPC or construction contracting experience preferred Renewable Energy, Power Plant, and/or EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) experience a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Good understanding of financials, negotiation and problem solving skills Physical Requirements/Work Environment: Work is performed in an office environment and in the field. Must be able to sit, stand, bend, twist and lift up to 20 pounds.
