The Clinical Services Consultant is a highly skilled RN leader responsible for providing interim clinical leadership across agency locations. This role involves supporting or temporarily managing all or part of the Director of Clinical Services/Area Director role remotely and on-site, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Support CommonSpirit Health at Home's mission to improve health and promote social justice. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and compliance standards. Provide clinical supervision and support to staff 24/7, ensuring service quality and regulatory compliance. Oversee clinical operations, documentation, and patient care standards. Lead clinical education, orientation, and ongoing professional development. Participate in surveys, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning, quality metrics, and financial performance. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of clinical staff. Ensure appropriate staffing and staff retention strategies. Conduct patient visits, supervisory visits, and support office functions as needed. Serve as Interim Quality Lead, overseeing QAPI programs, incident reports, and performance improvement activities. Support or serve as the Administrator of Record with regulatory agencies. Minimum of (5) years of Leadership experience; (2) years in Home Care and Hospice clinical practice. Strong clinical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and compliance standards. Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred); additional experience in performance improvement and financial management is a plus. Valid CPR/BLS certification. Experience in budgeting, performance measurement, and quality improvement initiatives. Flexibility to transition seamlessly between locations. Strong commitment to service excellence, staff development, and organizational culture. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
