Client Relations Specialist

In this position, you will be responsible for focusing on the day-to-day resolution of complex issues and handle operational complaints sent to the Client Relations team. The Complaints Management department works with branches and operational departments to research and respond to client complaints. Responsibilities: Review case assignments and build case files Review/research all documents associated with each case Draft Acknowledgement and Conclusion letters Submit preliminary and final reviews for each individual case via SharePoint Collaborate with internal and external partners in delivery of timely and accurate information in response to inquiries and/or service issues Engage with escalation points of contact when required for case resolution Effectively meet multiple deadlines throughout the day and prioritize risk related items Analytical ability to learn, suggest process enhancements and effective controls Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and task-oriented Effectively manage and escalate business risk. Qualifications: Computer literate in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage various tasks, be self-directed, and quickly develop a full understanding of our business. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work in an ethical, professional manner with a client-centric focus. Salary range $30 - $37 hourly. Bonus Eligible.
