Cnc Lathe Operator

We're looking for a CNC Lathe Operator to set up and run machines, work from technical drawings and CAD models, and keep production running at peak performance. Job duties: Set up and operate CNC lathe machines, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Interpret technical drawings and CAD models to produce parts that meet specifications Utilize SolidWorks and other CAD software for programming and design modifications Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring tools Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot issues that arise during the machining process, including basic logic controllers and Fanuc systems Collaborate with the warehouse team for effective packaging and handling of finished products Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations Desired skills/experience: Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in reading blueprints, CAD software, and SolidWorks is preferred Strong understanding of CNC machinery, including Fanuc controls Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
