Senior Warfighting Readiness Program/Project/Management Analyst
NSI requires a Senior Warfighting Readiness Program/Project/Management Analyst to support PMA 276 Program Office. Upon award of contract the candidate will analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Location: Lexington Park, MD Education: MA/Masters Degree preferred. Allowable Substitution: Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or an Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category, or Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree. Experience: At least 10+ years' experience applying analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Desired Experience: Prior NAVAIR experience within a Government Acquisition IPT to include Production, Training and aircraft readiness activities with 10 years' experience. OR Prior experience conducting H-1 training systems (Maintainer) and method of employment with 10 years' experience. Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
