2nd & 3rd Shift Production Operator

A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery used in the manufacturing process. Operators work both individually and as part of a team, ensuring consistent work and timely reporting of accurate information. Success in this role requires producing high-quality output that aligns with company standards and a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Prepare machinery for operation by performing routine maintenance tasks and conducting safety checks. Set up and operate production machines according to established procedures and guidelines. Monitor machines during operation to ensure products meet quality standards. Conduct regular in-process inspections for quality control. Troubleshoot equipment and make necessary adjustments during production. Record production data, machine settings, and product quality information. Follow safety protocols and use PPE appropriately to maintain a safe working environment. Meet production requirements consistently. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Adhere to company rules and participate in cross-training and other training requirements. Essential Skills

Experience in production and machine operation. Ability to use a computer for simple ERP system entries. Mechanically inclined with strong inspection capabilities. Ability to speak and read English effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting gauges, safety rules, MSDS, and operating manuals. Capacity to stand for an 810-hour shift. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong time management capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must not have an allergy to carbon fibers. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, California. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
