We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin, beginning on Sep 15, 2025. This role requires handling general family practice duties for all age groups, from Monday to Friday, with daily shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Details Location: Wisconsin Start Date: Sep 15, 2025 LOA: 120 days Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions Prescribe and administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings Educate patients and their families on health care, disease prevention, and lifestyle adjustments Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan or provide treatment Maintain up-to-date patient records and ensure privacy and confidentiality in accordance with regulations Utilize the EMR system Intergy for efficient patient management Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required Must have experience in Tribal Health Setting / Rural Health Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Suboxone Certification Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
