This position is located in Palo Alto, CA

We are seeking a Landscape Yard Assistant to perform maintenance and administrative duties to support fleet and facility management.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Inventory control and purchasing of tools, vehicles, equipment, and supplies
• Transport and delivery of company vehicles, including trucks, trailers, and equipment
• Scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance, managing fleet vehicle records, registration renewals, insurance tracking, and safety recalls
• Ensuring compliance with DOT regulations for all drivers and vehicles
• Assisting with equipment rentals and shop inventory management
• Cleaning, organizing tools and equipment, and maintaining a tidy work environment
• Providing administrative support such as filing, data entry, phone answering, and supporting safety initiatives

Skills & Experience required:

• Punctuality, reliability, and teamwork
• Ability to drive large trucks and trailers
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and adaptability to changing deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and working in a fast-paced environment

Hourly Range:

• $21.00 - $25.00 per hour (compensation varies based on skills and experience)
