Your Impact:

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive preconstruction strategy aligned with long-term goals.
• Identify and secure high-profile projects that capitalize on the region’s unique opportunities across a number of diverse market segments, including Healthcare, Multifamily and wider commercial construction.
• Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the preconstruction department.
• Responsible for leading a team of 35 preconstruction personnel, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Oversee financial performance, ensuring profitability and maximizing return on investment.
• Proactively identify and address potential risks to project success.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with owners, subcontractors and key individuals in the South Florida region.

Your Qualifications:

• A proven track record as a leader in preconstruction, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• A deep understanding of the South Florida construction market, including local regulations and industry trends.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills.
• A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
