About the Position:
Our client, a preeminent global law firm, has an active need for a project finance lawyer with 2-6 years of experience in the energy space to join its Chicago office as an associate. This industry-leading practice has an international presence, uniquely positioning itself to bring new projects to fruition and to commence infrastructure investment transactions of all types across the globe.

Responsibilities:
· Advise sponsors, lenders and public bodies on the financing, development and management of greenfield assets
· Advise clients on the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of existing assets

Required Qualifications:
· 2-6 years of experience in project finance, with a focus on renewable energy and power transactions
· Large law firm experience preferred
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
