Litigation Associate Attorney (5+ yrs) – Long-Standing Boutique Chicago Law Firm

About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic boutique Chicago law firm, is actively seeking an experienced litigator to join its thriving practice as a senior-level associate. Attorneys in this firm’s litigation practice defend and pursue cases on behalf of businesses in state and federal courts, administrative and self-regulatory agencies, and alternative dispute resolution forums.

Responsibilities:
· Advise clients regarding commercial disputes, restrictive covenants, tort defense, fiduciary litigation, and litigation in arbitration and state and federal courts
· Work with clients to assess goals, identify risks, and determine the best resolution

Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
· Strong writing skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $155,000.
