About the Position:
Our client, a top international law firm, has an immediate need for a patent litigation attorney to join its Chicago office as an associate. The attorneys in this cutting-edge practice represent some of the most highly recognized corporations and brands in patent, trademark, copyright, rights of publicity, and trade secret litigation matters. The practice handles high-stakes cases before the PTAB, International Trade Commission, as well as the Federal Circuit.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a sophisticated client base by enforcing and defending their patent rights in various industries and technologies
· Handle PTAB, IPR, and ITC proceedings as well as patent litigation in district court
Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of experience in PTAB/IPR, district court patent litigation, and/or ITC proceedings
· Experience with source code is preferred
· A degree in computer science, EE, mathematics, physics, or a related technical field
· Must have excellent academic credentials
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
