The Store Director is the owner of the business, a FENDI Brand Ambassador, and a business leader responsible for overall store performance. They manage the store, employees, merchandise, and supporting activities to achieve store targets, ensuring positive experiences for both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development and Performance Management:
  • Drive and improve sales performance across the business.
  • Analyze business data, propose, and implement action plans to enhance results.
  • Develop sales strategies in collaboration with corporate partners.
  • Identify new market opportunities to attract and retain clients.
  • Organize events and incentives to grow the business.
  • Coordinate with the merchandising team to maintain appropriate stock levels and assortment.
  • Recommend store renovations, upgrades, and expansion plans to increase sales and market share.
  • Maintain presence on the sales floor, empower staff to meet sales goals through excellent client experiences, and communicate expectations clearly.
  • Partner with the Retail Events Office to organize local events.
  • Client Management:
    • Lead customer service standards and serve as a role model for the team.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with dedicated Fendi customers and prospects, utilizing CRM tools and customer databases.
    • Act as a brand ambassador, strengthening relationships with VIP clients.
    • Cultivate a private appointment culture.
  • Administrative & Operations Management:
    • Ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house operations.
    • Complete administrative paperwork promptly.
    • Manage daily invoices, petty cash, and control costs to ensure efficient store operations.
    • Review and submit sales and operational reports in line with company KPIs and policies.
    • Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and shrinkage control.
    • Optimize display and storage solutions, highlighting best sellers consistently.
    • Collaborate with local freelancers for impactful window displays and installations.
  • Team Management:
    • Create a positive team environment, setting goals, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
    • Implement Top Store initiatives effectively.
    • Attract, recruit, and develop top talent through networking and scouting.
    • Assess performance and growth potential of team members, promoting career development.
    • Identify training needs for individuals and the team.

    Additional Information:

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of proven experience, preferably in luxury retail.
    • Strong results-driven mindset and goal orientation.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Proficiency with POS systems and inventory management.
    • RTW experience is preferred.
    • Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus.
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
    • Teamwork capability and organizational skills.
    • Strong digital literacy.
    • Flexible availability, including some nights, weekends, and holidays.
