Our back office team provides substantial support, enabling our BCBAs to focus on their passion while minimizing administrative tasks.

ABT serves families across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Utah through center, home, and school-based services.

We offer both full-time and part-time BCBA opportunities. Sign-on and relocation bonuses are available!

Compensation ranges from $75 to $95 per hour, or a yearly salary of up to $95,000, depending on the state.

Our BCBAs deliver tailored ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in homes, schools, and our state-of-the-art centers, combining extensive knowledge with innovative techniques to improve social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.

Responsibilities and Duties of a BCBA

  1. Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
  2. Design treatment plans of care
  3. Supervise and monitor behavior technicians' progress
  4. Create positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals
  5. Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring behavior support plans
  6. Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations
  7. Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide progress summaries

Job Requirements

  • Valid BCBA Certificate
  • Experience with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments
