ABT serves families across Georgia, Indiana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Utah through center, home, and school-based services.

Compensation ranges from $75 to $95 per hour, or a yearly salary of up to $95,000, depending on the state.

Our BCBAs deliver tailored ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum in homes, schools, and our state-of-the-art centers, combining extensive knowledge with innovative techniques to improve social, behavioral, and adaptive skills.
Responsibilities and Duties of a BCBA
- Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor behavior technicians' progress
- Create positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualized goals
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring behavior support plans
- Support families by explaining assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Graph data, adjust strategies, and provide progress summaries
Job Requirements
- Valid BCBA Certificate
- Experience with children and teens diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license for travel between assignments
