Brief Description
Parent Partner- East Bay Wrap
Roll up your sleeves and join Fred Finch to make a real difference in the lives of youth and families. Parent Partners in our East Bay Wrap Program use a high-fidelity model that is honest, family centered, culturally/linguistically responsive and community based. The work is very challenging, and spiritually rewarding, especially to those who may have overcome barriers in the past.
Wraparound staff work with families utilizing a comprehensive team-based approach. Our program offers a myriad of services and support including behavioral and mental health assessment and interventions as well as medication and psychiatric support.
Fred Finch offers free trainings to improve mental health skills, and biannual scholarship opportunities for professional development (included paid peer certification).

Shifts Available
Full Time – Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
Salary Range
In accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.48 and $26.14 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Clean driving record; current CA Driver’s License or ability to obtain within 10 days after hired
- Must have access to dependable transportation and minimum liability coverage
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
- Direct lived experience advocating, preferably as a family member, for someone who has received mental health or other social services, OR experience as a parent who has received services for a special needs child.
