Job Overview
JWC Disaster Solutions is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale commercial reconstruction projects from inception to completion. This role is pivotal in helping businesses recover from disaster and rebuild stronger than ever. You'll be responsible for project scheduling, budgeting, stakeholder communication, field operations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead project teams and subcontractors through daily coordination and performance oversight.
• Oversee field operations, enforce quality control measures, and maintain job site safety compliance.
• Interface directly with clients to build trust, strengthen relationships, and secure repeat business.
• Collaborate with Estimators and the Executive Team to develop winning proposals for new work.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and insurance-related project challenges effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for all assigned projects.
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing commercial reconstruction or restoration projects.
• Proficiency in drywall, framing, painting, and specialty coatings preferred.
• Strong understanding of project financials, contracts, and insurance requirements.
• Tech-savvy with experience using BuilderTrend or similar project management software.
• Fluent in English; Spanish fluency a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel across Florida and the Southeast region as needed.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional travel and weekend work as project needs require.
