The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of operational excellence and strategic foresight; someone who can reduce context-switching for the founder, translate big ideas into focused execution, and build infrastructure that unlocks scale.
This isn’t a support role. It’s a seat at the leadership table. A multiplier who thrives in high-growth environments, sees around corners, and gets energized by turning vision into reality. We're looking for a leader who can build what doesn’t exist yet and rally others to do the same.
Vision for the Role:
We are looking for an execution-focused partner — someone who thrives in the messy middle between vision and outcomes. This person will take ownership of building, validating, and scaling strategic initiatives and systems in the business while partnering closely with the founder. You are the person who says, “I’ve got it,” and means it.
You’re comfortable being the lead builder and integrator . You understand how to run with ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and build with speed, precision, and accountability.
This is a strategic operator who can bring ideas to life, test and validate them, and execute toward meaningful outcomes — while keeping the visionary focused and grounded.
Key Responsibilities:
You will initially take the lead on building and executing in four core areas with the expectation that over time, you will be responsible for more opportunities for leadership and growth as an executive member of a high-growth organization.
1. Marketing Systems & Growth Ops
- Design and own a scalable content marketing process to boost inbound lead volume
- Develop a system for reputation management to generate 5+ five-star reviews per week
- Build feedback loops to track ROI of marketing activities and iterate accordingly
2.Client & Resident Feedback Machine
- Create and automate a robust internal survey and feedback system
- Analyze insights and help the team preempt negative reviews with proactive service improvements
3.Wealth Builder Program
- Co-develop tools and systems that help property owners move from landlord to investor
- Drive implementation of investor-facing education, calculators, and onboarding flows
- Turn conceptual frameworks into functional, user-friendly tools
4.Landlord Training & Education
- Support creation and launch of video-based training, templates, and playbooks
- Build a scalable way to deliver education to existing and prospective clients
What You’ll Be Building Toward
Within 90 days, we want to see:
- High-confidence execution with limited oversight
- Measurable progress on at least 2 of the 4 core initiatives
- Clear ability to select and implement tools quickly (CRM, feedback software, survey platforms, etc.)
- Proactive decision-making, grounded in data
- Stabilizing presence that increases founder focus and decreases context-switching
This role is intended to be a long-term leader with expanding influence over all areas of the business in the near future. This person can dream alongside the visionary, but also be a doer who can execute .

Details
- Location: Strong preference for greater Phoenix, Arizona area (Mesa / East Valley)
- Compensation: Competitive base + PTO + health/dental/vision + 401(k)
- Upside: Possibility of phantom equity or performance-based profit share over time
- Reporting To: Mark Brower (Founder & Visionary)
