As a Product Manager in Customer Acquisition Marketing Platforms (CAMP) , you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You will act as the voice of the customer, develop profitable products, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead product strategy within Digital Channels for our Auto & Home Lending Businesses, focusing on impactful priorities and clear communication.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
  • Conducts discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions
  • Owns and maintains a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap
  • Tracks key success metrics such as cost, features, risk, and reliability
  • Connects within Auto & Home Lending and Digital Channels to act as a conduit for our Lending businesses
  • Partners on leadership updates and ensures focus on right priorities
  • Develops the holistic product strategy/roadmap to drive growth and customer satisfaction
  • Enhances digital experience quality by integrating data and design best practices

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product management or relevant domain
  • Advanced knowledge of product development, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead all stages of the product lifecycle
  • Strong communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to make recommendations amid ambiguity
  • Experience managing stakeholders and influencing teams

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Experience in complex, matrixed organizations
  • Background in agency, consulting, or fast-paced environments
  • Experience with personalization, experimentation, A/B testing
