• Monitor P&L and drive sales and profitability
• Ensure excellent customer experiences and lead by example
  
• 2+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
• Hands-on, guest-first mindset and a passion for working alongside your team
• Strong understanding of P&L management and food operations
• Reliable, organized, and excellent at problem-solving
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

General Manager Responsibilities
