About the Role

As CTO, you’ll be a key member of the executive leadership team. You will own our technology roadmap, ensure scalable and secure architecture, lead high-performing engineering teams, and align technology efforts with business goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience scaling tech organizations and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technology vision, strategy, and architecture.
• Build and lead an engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Business teams to define priorities.
• Oversee the development and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable products.
• Implement best practices across DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and code quality.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and infrastructure reliability.
• Stay on top of emerging technologies and assess their impact on business opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Demonstrated success scaling systems, teams, and products in production.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and security practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Track record of aligning technical initiatives with business objectives.
• Experience with compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR.
