The Senior Manager, Diversity & Inclusion Solutions and Operations, will report to the Head of Diversity and Inclusion and play a strategic and execution-focused role innovating and advancing LS&Co's global D&I efforts. You will not just manage initiatives — you will be a culture inspiring architect.
About The Job
- Through a balance of strategy, operational discipline, cultural fluency and an infectious passion for inclusion you will lead LS&Co.'s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to greater business integration and success.
- Leader of D&I project management, global initiative deployment, ERG development, and facilitation of scalable inclusionary programs and practices.
- Owner of cross-functional initiatives, driving measurable outcomes, and serving as a collaborating thought partner with stakeholders across prior organizations.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Diversity & Inclusion, Human Resources, or related field
- 3+ years of ERG leadership experience (as a program leader or ERG Manager)
- Demonstrated experience managing global campaigns and executing project and communications plans that create large scale change
- Deep understanding of D&I concepts, industry best practices, and global cultural nuances
- You will be adept at influencing partners at all levels of the Company on inclusive talent and employee engagement strategies
- You use data analysis to drive accountability and present insights to senior leaders
- Accomplished connector, comfortable engaging and influencing key stakeholders on all levels
- Project management, and facilitation expertise
- Bachelor's degree required
The expected starting salary range for this role is $132,900- $177,200 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
