Job Description

• Working Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (9AM – 6PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $11,000 + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• In charge of project outcomes, ensuring delivery meets intended benefits, timelines, costs, and quality standards as agreed with stakeholders.
• Manage and lead cross-functional project teams, motivating team members and aligning their efforts to achieve project and program objectives.
• Coordinate and lead project stakeholders, facilitating collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conducting Project Review Meetings (PRMs), PMO Gated Reviews, and Project Change Proposals (PCPs) from project launch to closure.
• Manage all project documentation, maintain change control records, and ensure full compliance with Organizational Project Management (OPM) standards and audit requirements.
• Plan, forecast, and monitor project costs based on key milestones, ensuring adherence to or achievement of cost savings against project budgets and plans.
• Proactively identify potential project risks, create and implement mitigation plans, and monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle to minimize negative impact.
• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives to raise project management standards and enhance the value the project management function brings to the business.
• Provide clear project updates, progress reports, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in the Engineering industry
• Candidates who have a PMP Certification is a plus
• Proficiency in PowerBI and/or SQL is advantageous
