Crosspoint is seeking a mission-driven, visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. Founded in 1963 and based in San Antonio, Crosspoint is a respected nonprofit providing transitional residential services, behavioral health programming, substance abuse recovery, and reintegration services for veterans, formerly incarcerated individuals, and those experiencing homelessness or mental illness. Each year, Crosspoint serves over 1,400 individuals with a dedicated team of more than 100 employees across multiple locations.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing Crosspoint’s mission, managing a $10.2 million budget, building meaningful partnerships, developing resources, leading a committed team, and elevating the visibility and impact of the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience in the nonprofit, behavioral health, or human services sectors, a passion for restorative and second-chance services, and a track record of strategic, operational, and fundraising success. Candidates should be compelling communicators and relationship-builders, with the ability to engage a broad array of internal and external stakeholders. Experience with government contracting and service delivery to justice-involved or marginalized populations is highly valued.
