Job Overview
As a Core Data Business Analysis U.S. Lead , you will be responsible for defining and delivering strategic core data solutions, collaborating with product and program teams to align with business needs, and building stakeholder trust. Your work will support initiatives like CRM and involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption of data models and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of party, role, and relationship data solutions based on business use cases, focusing on delivering value.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in partnership with stakeholders across Wholesale and CRM teams.
- Lead meetings with senior stakeholders, presenting data models and solutions effectively.
- Support the adoption of strategic core data models throughout the organization.
- Develop business cases for technology prioritization and participate in budgeting processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in technical or operational change management.
- Knowledge of core data related to parties, accounts, and client onboarding processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly.
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Experience with product management, Agile methodologies, and data modeling.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management tools.
