A Day in the Life of a Managing Partner

  • Control profitability by managing cash procedures, property inventory, labor, financial reviews, and taking appropriate actions.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
  • Coach and train employees to ensure operational excellence and restaurant success.
  • Complete inventory counts biweekly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the team provides an exceptional guest experience with friendliness and quality products.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Managing Partner or General Manager in food service or retail, including profit & loss responsibility, preferably in quick-serve restaurants.
  • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects; stand and walk constantly; operate restaurant equipment safely.
