Job Title: Nuance / Genesys IVR Test Lead

Location: Hybrid (Able to travel up to 50% to Merrillville, IN and Columbus, OH)

Period: 02/03/2025 – 12/31/2025

Hours/Week: 40 hours

Rate: $75 – $85/hour

Contract Type: W-2 only, no visa sponsorships or subcontracting

Scope Of Services: Our client in the utilities industry needs a Test Lead for an IVR Refinement program. This role involves leading testing activities, coordinating test execution, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading testing efforts for the IVR Refinement program.
• Overseeing creation and execution of test cases for Nuance and Genesys IVR systems.
• Acting as a liaison between project teams, business users, and system implementors.
• Managing and mentoring testing team members.
• Defining test strategies, schedules, and deliverables.
• Tracking and reporting testing progress and issues.
• Providing feedback for process improvements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project timelines.
• Managing testing risks and participating in all testing lifecycle phases.
• Creating test documentation such as test cases, scripts, and plans.

Experience required:

• 7–10 years of testing experience, with 3–5 years leading a team.
• Nuance and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
• Experience on large transformation programs.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Tricentis qTest.
• Experience with automation and performance testing tools (nice to have).
• Utilities industry experience (preferred).
• Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
• Certifications such as PMP, ISTQB (preferred).
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
