We are seeking a Vice President to join the Private Bank Deposits Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of the PB deposits business, including deposit pricing, risk analytics, marketing, product development, and business management.

Goldman Sachs Private Bank

The Private Bank, part of the Asset and Wealth Management Division, offers tailored banking and lending products to high net worth clients, including deposits, loans, mortgages, and margin financing. The Deposit Team collaborates with internal partners and clients to meet deposit balance and revenue targets.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

Pricing & Analytics:

• Conduct daily and ad hoc deposit pricing and risk analysis, including transaction-specific pricing and collaboration with advisors to attract new assets.
• Perform business projections and mark-to-market analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Create dashboards to monitor performance against goals.
• Manage market and liquidity risks within limits.
• Conduct competitor analyses across markets.

Business Management:

• Develop deposit product strategies, prioritize new products, and identify process improvements.
• Maintain deposit policies and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Support strategic initiatives, including product launches and operational changes.

Client Relationship Management:

• Engage with regional advisors and clients to promote deposit growth.
• Create marketing materials for advisors and clients.
• Prepare client review materials and pitchbooks.

WHERE WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT

Locations considered include Dallas, SLC, London, New York, Frankfurt, among others.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in financial services, preferably with a quantitative background.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Collaborative, energetic, and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of deposit instruments, liquidity risk, or treasury solutions is a plus.
