Fabletics is seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Store Manager for our retail store at Valley Fair in Santa Clara, CA .

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in shaping an exceptional retail experience. You will collaborate with the Store Manager and leadership team to drive sales and operational excellence, utilizing cutting-edge technology to create a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. You'll lead a team of associates, helping to surpass KPIs and reach new success levels.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

What you bring to the team

• minimum 1-year retail management experience
• familiarity with active lifestyle activities
• strong interpersonal and communication skills
• ability to work with large teams
• positive attitude and adaptability
• familiarity with retail POS systems
• self-motivated and good at multitasking
• flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• physical ability to move, stand, and reach for extended periods
• must be 18 or older

Availability

• willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
